On 26 August 2021, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) issued a circular encouraging financial institutions to adopt Vaccinate or Regular Test (VoRT) policies at the workplace as announced by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).

 

AIMA is organising an interactive managers-only roundtable to discuss the implications of the circular and VoRT advisory, as well as broader return-to-office and employment questions with regulatory and employment experts from Herbert Smith Freehills and Rajah & Tann. To facilitate discussion and interaction, we highly encourage attendees to turn on their webcams and mics.
