On 18 June 2019, The Cayman Islands Government introduced changes to the regulatory framework for persons regulated under the Securities Investment Business Law.
In this session, Walkers will provide an overview of the changes to the Securities Investment Business Law and reporting requirements. The session will also include an update on Economic Substance including key dates for 2020 and a discussion on Data Protection Compliance.
