The Japanese Government has proposed amending the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (“FEFTA”).  The proposed amendments to FEFTA has a number of implications for fund managers including reducing the pre-approval thresholds for foreign investments in designated sectors from 10% to 1%.   In this webinar, our panel of experts will address the following topics:
