AIMA is running a working breakfast kindly hosted by Simmons & Simmons on Tuesday March 3 at 8:30 am (welcome coffee from 8:00 am) in the premises of Simmons & Simmons, in the presence of Jiri Krol, Deputy CEO of AIMA and Marie-Adelaide de Nicolay, Head of AIMA’s Brussels Office.

The topics of discussion will cover the following:

• New European legislative cycle - Capital Market Union and revision of the AIFM, UCITS and MIFID directives: current proposals / positions of the different institutions (Member States, supervisors, Commission) and points to raise with the European institutions.
• Brexit and impact on operations and distribution of funds for French / European managers.
• Sustainable finance - summary of obligations adopted at European level and presentation of recent AIMA initiatives.

This breakfast is meant to be interactive and a round table will be facilitated for each theme. The purpose of this meeting is to inform you, but also to understand how you stand on these subjects in order to better represent yourself.
