The new interest barrier rules foreseen by the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD) have now been implemented as of 1 January 2019. Arendt's tax partners Thierry Lesage and Jan Neugebauer will discuss the practical impact of the new rules, and possible solutions for Luxembourg investment structures. The seminar will focus on worked examples and will include the opportunity for participants to raise questions throughout.
