From Prohibited to Practically Universal: AI Meeting Tools One Year Later

USA

AIMA and Debevoise hosted a guided roundtable discussion last September with compliance officers on the use of AI tools to generate transcripts and summaries of calls and meetings. At the time, these tools raised a number of compliance and regulatory concerns – many of which remain relevant today. What has changed is the pace of adoption: Over the past year, AI transcription and summarization tools have become increasingly commonplace, whether fund managers have been ready for them or not.

The discussion last September reflected considerable uncertainty and little consensus. Since then, practices have evolved, making this an opportune time to revisit the topic. On August 26, Debevoise partner Charu Chandrasekhar will join us for a webinar examining what has changed, what has not, and what fund managers should consider as AI-generated transcripts and summaries become the new normal for meetings and calls.

As always, attendee questions are welcome and encouraged. We hope you will join us for this timely and informative discussion. To register, please click the link below.
