On Monday 27th November the FCA published Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR) implementation observations: quantifying threshold requirements and managing financial resources – concluding report. This is the second and final report on its multi-firm review on the implementation of IFPR. This supports its commitment to reduce and prevent serious harm.

The FCA will provide a summary of the publication during the first half of the session followed by a Q and A session, with questions from AIMA members sent to FCA in advance. The FCA is also keen to hear from the members their observations on IFPR more generally.
