AIMA and Bank of America Merrill Lynch invite you to join our Fund Manager Training on 29th January 2019.  In this session Manoj Nihalani and Yael Tzur from the BofAML Financing Advisory team will discuss ESG and Socially Responsible Investing, and in particular its applicability to hedge fund managers in Asia.  Topics to be covered include: what responsible investment entails; which investor verticals are focused on it and why; and practical examples of how different investment strategies can incorporate responsible investment criteria into their investment process.

Manoj Nihalani, APAC Head of BofAML Financing Advisory

Manoj is the Asia-Pacific Head of BofAML’s Financing Advisory team, which provides business consulting and capital raising support to our hedge fund clients.  He advises clients on all aspects of building and evolving their business, investor engagement, and keeping updated with new market developments.  Manoj previously worked as in-house legal counsel with a number of global investment banks, including as senior counsel for prime brokerage and equity derivatives at BofAML.  

 

Yael Tzur, Financing Advisory

Yael leads BofAML’s Capital Strategy efforts in Asia.  She advises our hedge fund clients on their capital raising strategy from pre-launch to capacity, fund terms, investor negotiation, messaging & positioning, building a diversified investor base and new product launches.  Prior to joining BofAML, Yael worked at a leading private bank where she built tailored cross asset class portfolios for multifamily offices, asset management groups and endowments.
