Join AIMA, Tiger Hill Partners and Dechert LLP to discuss the latest US political developments with a view to the upcoming mid-term elections, as well as the most recent set of regulatory proposals that have the potential to significantly transform the global asset management sector. We will discuss the latest proposals coming out of the SEC related to:

Private fund advisers
Short selling and market transparency
Dealer registration
ESG disclosures for investment advisers
Market structure reform

We will also cover some of the recent efforts to introduce the legislation of digital assets and provide the overview of AIMA’s engagement on the above-mentioned initiatives.

Please do not attend if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been diagnosed by a medical provider as having COVID-19 and/or you have experienced any of the typical symptoms of COVID-19 in the past five days. Anyone testing positive must not attend the office until they have received two consecutive negative lateral flow tests at least 24 hours apart, the first to be taken no earlier than five days after your positive test.
