Investment advisers are just catching their breath from dashing to get changes made to their reporting systems, policies and procedures to implement the event reporting requirements that went into effect on December 11, 2023.  Now, in the midst of making the rest of the changes from two earlier rounds of changes to Form PF adopted in 2023, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission have adopted yet another round of significant changes to Form PF.  Investment advisers have one year from the date of publication in the Federal Register to adjust their reporting systems, policies and procedures to implement these new and very substantial changes.

Among many other changes, these amendments result in an overhaul of Sections 1 and 2 of the Form PF.  As a result, there will be new concepts, new questions and new challenges for implementation.

Please join AIMA and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP for this webinar examining the new requirements and some of the practical considerations for investment advisers and service providers who will be seeking to amend reporting systems as they address these new requirements.

Our panel will include:

  • Jennifer Wood, AIMA’s Global Head of Asset Management Regulation and Sound Practice;
  • Michael Didiuk, Partner, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP; and
  • Malik Rollins, Special Counsel, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
