Private fund focus on regulatory trends, compliance practices, and SEC initiatives

Join us on Tuesday, March 12 for a presentation by Winston & Strawn LLP partners Beth R. Kramer and Scott W. Naidech joined by Matthew B. Siano, Adjunct Professor at Mason School of Business, William & Mary. This workshop will focus private fund managers on the regulatory trends and compliance practices in a continuously evolving regulatory environment. Discussions will include the new private fund rules, conflicts of interest, fees and expenses, performance marketing, and annual reviews in light of the current SEC initiatives and compliance practices utilized by hedge funds, private equity funds, and alternative investment fund managers.

The event will begin at 4:00 pm with a networking drinks reception at 5:30 pm. The presentation will also be made available virtually.
