AIMA is proud to be a champion of diversity and inclusion in the alternative investment industry.

To mark Pride Month and support our LGBTQ+ community, we are pleased to bring you this virtual roundtable for members to share stories of pride and hear best practices on creating a safe culture for all employees to be their authentic selves at work.

We will start the discussion with personal stories of pride before dividing the audience into Zoom breakout rooms to encourage smaller roundtable discussions facilitated by an AIMA leader.
