This webinar marked the publication of the IDP Real Estate Debt Template, developed in response to market demand for greater consistency in sustainability-related disclosure in real estate debt transactions.

Building on the success of the IDP corporate lending template, the module applies the same principles of harmonisation, credit-materiality and proportionality to real estate lending. During the session, our speakers explained the rationale for the project, its methodology, how it aligns with existing industry frameworks, and how it is intended to reduce due diligence burden while improving the comparability and usability of data for investors, lenders and borrowers.
