Ares Capital Corporation supports the acquisition of Planview by Thoma Bravo

Ares Capital Corporation served as book runner, lead arranger and administrative agent for both a first lien term loan and a second lien term loan to support the acquisition of Planview by Thoma Bravo. Thoma Bravo will become the new majority shareholder of Planview upon the closing of the transaction, while Insight Venture Partners will maintain its original 2014 capital investment in the company.
