You chose Options 1A, 2D, 3A and 4G.
Based on these selections, an investment manager should complete the following modules:
- Either (i) Modules 1, 2 and 3 (i.e., the basic investment manager set up) or (ii) the short form manager module, in either case with the responsible investment ("RI") module;
- The fund of funds ("FOF") module;
- Either (i) the closed-end private fund module or (ii) the short form closed-end fund module (without the strategy questions); and
- The managed accounts module.
For investment managers that manage one or more funds plus managed accounts using this strategy, it will be simplest to complete either the Basic Investment Manager Set Up + RI + FOF module or the Short Form Manager + RI + FOF module (each of which is accessible below) once and then separately complete the managed accounts modules and, for each relevant fund, either a closed-end private fund module or a short form closed-end fund module (without the strategy questions).
The short form manager module represents a subset of the questions found in the corresponding Basic Investment Manager Set Up, while the short form closed-end fund module represents a sub-set of the questions in the Closed-End Private Fund Module. The short form options are available to everyone, but are often preferred by emerging managers and managers who want a simplified form to use with investors in the initial stages of the operational due diligence process.
Because of the hyperlinks in the documents, separate files have been created for additional funds. The separate modules are accessible via the links below.
