The fund management industry has been keenly focused communications surveillance in recent times, whether watching surveillance sweeps unfold or responding to related regulatory inquiries directly. Certainly, there has been much to learn from the findings: For many, the sweeps have been a wake-up call about the proliferation of communication channels and the manner in which business communications may occur in general.

A comprehensive communications policy that takes into account both business needs and compliance concerns is the goal, but how do you get there, particularly given the ever-changing communications landscape? Perhaps it’s time to go back to basics.

On June 23, Clifford Chance partner Jefferey LeMaster will join us for a webinar to take a look at practical considerations in developing a strong communications policy to protect your firm and its employees. During the session, we will discuss how to strike the balance between accommodating employee preferences and ensuring regulatory requirements are met, as well as best practices for addressing potential policy breaches.

As always, attendee questions are welcome and encouraged. We hope you will join us for this timely and informative webinar. To register, please click on the link below.
