In August 2020, AIMA and Albourne Partners published a standardized diversity and inclusion due diligence questionnaire to meet increasing transparency requests from allocators. This DDQ built on the relevant sections of the 2018 ILPA questionnaire and further expanded it to cover a wide range of alternative asset classes and new topics of focus. 

Hundreds of investment managers have now used this questionnaire to share information on their practices and workforce diversity with allocators. Still questions remain and challenges persist. 

In this interactive webinar, representatives from AIMA and Albourne will share trends on adoption, talk through some of the obstacles and how investment managers are getting comfortable with reporting, and take questions from the industry.
