The CIFSC recently introduced 5 new categories for Alternative Funds to replace the broad Alternative Strategies category. This will allow advisors and investors to more properly evaluate funds vs other mandates and benchmarks. In this webinar, hear more how the committee arrived at the 5 categories and the definitions and intent for each category.

We will also look at the funds that have landed in each category based on the initial classifications and discuss suggested performance comparisons, benchmark comparisons, and risk ratings.
