Mr. Carter is the Head of Private Credit Secondaries for J.P. Morgan Alternative Asset Management Hedge Fund & Alternative Credit Solutions. Mr. Carter joined in July 2022 from Tikehau Capital where he was co-head of the private credit secondaries business and was one of the first dedicated investors to the sector, globally. Before joining Tikehau Capital, Andrew worked in the Financial Institutions Groups of Barclays and Mizuho, leading coverage of and strategic advisory services to private credit clients.

 

Andrew graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science, gained a Masters in International Affairs from Pennsylvania State University and has an MBA from Georgetown University.

He began his career serving in the United States Marine Corps
