Terms and Conditions
 
By registering for this event, you agree that your personal data will be processed for registration, handling and event information purposes by AIMA and any registrations processor engaged. Any personal data will be solely used in accordance with the current Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) legislation. If you do not submit the data indicated as 'required', we cannot complete your registration.
 
By attending the event, the registered attendee agrees to abide by all terms & conditions set by AIMA that may be amended from time to time. More AIMA events 'Terms and Conditions' can be found here
 
Restrictions by firm and waiting lists
Due to venue capacity restrictions, AIMA reserves the right to impose limits on the number of attendees per member firm or operate a waiting list at any time prior to the event. We will be in contact with those concerned in these circumstances. Restrictions may be applied after registrations are received. In this case, some confirmed bookings may be moved to a waiting list or cancelled. 
 
Refund policy
Cancellations and refunds will only be accepted until 15 March 2024, 11:59PM (GMT +8), after which no refunds will be given. Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. You may also substitute one registrant for another, but substitutions can only be made between those in the same ticket category. Otherwise, additional charges will apply. Failure to contact AIMA for any ticket changes by 18 March 2024, 11:59PM (GMT +8), will be treated as a no show.
 
No-show terms: We respectfully request registrants’ cooperation that in order to prevent food waste and unoccupied seats, no shows will not be accepted into future AIMA Singapore 2024 events. Should no-show occur due to unforeseen circumstances, eligibility can be reinstated by paying a fee of SGD100.
 
Media and publicity
Photographs or video footage may be taken during our events and used in review of our events on our website or social media.
 
Attendees acknowledge that media may be present at the event. Unless otherwise stated, all AIMA events are held under the Chatham House Rule. If you have any questions about AIMA's media guidelines, please contact us at [email protected].

Health and safety management measures
All attendees will need to adhere to prevailing government safe management measures throughout the event. Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable testing requirements, quarantine measures, vaccine requirements, travel orders, regulations and laws. Furthermore, in registering, attendees agree that they attend the event at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all COVID-19-related regulations and other restrictions that may apply and will adhere to any COVID-19 safe practice or process implemented by AIMA. AIMA will cooperate with authorities in enforcing safe management measures including identification of offenders. 
 
Forum Programme
AIMA reserves the right to alter the programme and topics without prior notice to attendees. AIMA shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.
 
Force Majeure
Attendees acknowledge that they have no right to make claims against AIMA should the event be altered from unexpected political, economic or pandemic-related circumstances, or generally by force majeure, or by non-appearance of scheduled programme changes.
