Gwyneth Rees is a partner in the Cayman Islands Funds & Investment Management team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm. She works extensively with hedge fund managers and private equity sponsors and their onshore counsel on all aspects of the establishment, maintenance and restructuring of offshore investment funds. She represents large global financial institutions and asset managers, as well as boutique and emerging managers. Gwyneth has over 25 years' experience advising on the formation and structuring of hedge, hybrid, credit and activist funds, private equity funds and investment fund platforms.

Jeremy Bomford is a partner in the Cayman Islands Funds & Investment Management team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm. He specialises in the establishment, launch, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of all types of investment funds, particularly hedge funds and private equity funds, and acts for a diverse portfolio of clients in the asset management industry, ranging from start-ups to major financial institutions.
