FCA publishes list of cooperation agreements under MiFID2 outsourcing rules

Last week the FCA published a list of cooperation agreements adopted pursuant to Article 32 of the MiFID2 Delegated Regulation. This Article requires that a cooperation agreement be in place between the UK and the authorities of a third country before a UK investment firm outsources functions related to the investment service of portfolio management to a service provider located in that third country.
