The introduction of the new corporate fund structure is upon us, and has been designed to enrich the choice of investment vehicles and facilitate the distribution of Hong Kong funds internationally. The new structure aims to continue to enhance Hong Kong as an international asset management center as well as a preferred fund domicile. 

 

This seminar will look at the new OFC rules/code from two sets of eyes - a legal and an accounting and tax perspective.
