This group builds on AIMA’s commitment to leading on improving diversity and inclusion in the alternative investment management industry. More details can be found here. As such, we are planning to launch our new APAC driven group in the first quarter of 2024.

The goal of APAC DEI Working Group is to provide practical resources, advice, role models and case studies to support member firms in fostering a diverse and inclusive culture by offering practical resources, advice, role models, and case studies. We strive to contribute to industry education through collaborative efforts, providing ideas for seminars and events that highlight trends and updates.

Work of this group will be coordinated out of the APAC time-zone. That said, we welcome participation from interested members outside the region who are active in the space.
