In light of the recent EBA outsourcing proposal (see separate AIMA NewsWire item here) and the potential for further regulatory developments in the areas of outsourcing and delegation in Europe, we are forming a new working group to focus specifically on these issues. 

This group will be the one most directly responsible for coming up with responses to new regulatory proposals in these areas, however, other affected committees and groups will be included in mailings in the usual way where relevant.  If you are a member that is particularly interested in helping AIMA with its responses in these areas, please indicate your interest by emailing Jennifer Wood.
