Private Credit - Corporate Lending
Private credit fund managers using a direct lending strategy should complete either the open-end or closed-end fund version of the Alternative Credit Council (ACC) Private Credit – Corporate Lending DDQ.
An AIMA version of (i) Module 5A -- Corporate Lending Strategy and (ii) the open or closed-end version of the Standard DDQ is also available below.
Managers using a different strategy should use individual models as appropriate which can be accessed via Individual Modules. Other optional modules are also available there, including one for responsible investment.
