On Monday 21 July, HM Treasury published the draft legislation for the revised carried interest tax regime. This follows the policy update released in June and marks the start of an eight-week technical consultation, running until 15 September.

AIMA and the ACC will be submitting a comments where appropriate and will continue to engage with HM Treasury and HMRC throughout this process, including participation in upcoming drop-in sessions and the formal working group meetings in the autumn.
