The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has issued a public consultation on a proposed amendment to the MiFIR equity transparency Level 2 rules to clarify that systematic internaliser (SI) quotes should reflect the price increments applicable to EU trading venues, namely clarifying “prevailing market conditions”.  As recipients of SI quotes, we would be glad for AIMA member input into a possible AIMA response. The consultation will be open until 25 January 2018.
