This session will explore residual challenges in the context of SFDR compliance and address potential future changes to SFDR requirements. It will also consider other aspects of the EU’s sustainable finance action plan, including the Taxonomy and efforts to tackle greenwashing, highlighting what these mean in practice for hedge funds and private credit firms.
