AIMA has published a new member briefing on MiFID2 RTS 28 reporting, ‘The next MiFID2 challenge: RTS 28 disclosures’ . The paper provides a reminder to in-scope firms on the form and substance of RTS 28 reports which are due to be made by 30 April. It also contains a series of key questions and answers, incorporating all formal and informal guidance available to date from the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). A webinar will be held by Eversheds Sutherland later in March.
