An introduction to the updated 2025 modular Illustrative Questionnaire for Due Diligence of Investment Managers, receiving its first major update in eight years. Over 18 months, it was revised with input from volunteers and a global steering group. In this session, Jennifer Wood, AIMA’s Global Head of Asset Management Regulation and Sound Practice, will present the updated DDQ suite, covering key topics such as:
  • Diligence areas receiving more (or less) focus;
  • The new approach to strategy modules;
  • Changes made to the technical specifications of the DDQ;
  • Accessing the DDQs through a new Decision Tree tool;
  • Mapping questions from the old version to the new;
  • How to best move relevant text from the old version to the new version; and
  • How members can ask questions or submit feedback.
