1:10pm | Panel: Supporting UK sustainable fund flows: what has regulation achieved?

This panel will look at firms’ experiences of navigating the FCA’s TCFD-aligned reporting requirements and anti-greenwashing rule and how these have impacted the dialogue with investors and asset raising generally. It will explore whether the narrow scope of the FCA’s labelling regime matters for alternative fund managers, while also shining a light on future requirements on transition plans and the possible development of a UK Taxonomy.
