This panel will look at firms’ experiences of navigating the FCA’s TCFD-aligned reporting requirements and anti-greenwashing rule and how these have impacted the dialogue with investors and asset raising generally. It will explore whether the narrow scope of the FCA’s labelling regime matters for alternative fund managers, while also shining a light on future requirements on transition plans and the possible development of a UK Taxonomy.

This panel will take stock of current and future work on sustainable finance at the EU level, covering the review of SFDR, CSRD implementation and CSDDD. It will also explore how firms have navigated requirements under ESMA’s guidelines on ESG terms in fund names, as well as shining a light on shifting investor expectations.
