AIMA Canada University Case Competition
AIMA Canada's (Alternative Investment Management Association) national university case competition helps university students in Canada learn about the alternative investment industry
The AIMA Canada Alternative Investment University Case Competition is an inter-university portfolio design competition, offered to create awareness of alternative investment management functions and careers while facilitating students’ learning and networking opportunities in the field.
The challenge will see students design a mock portfolio for their University’s endowment. They will propose allocations that may include a mix of hedge funds, private credit, private equity, real assets, real estate, infrastructure and more. They will also be tasked with accommodating student interest in diversity and inclusion and responsible investment, including ESG factors.
Education is especially critical for our upcoming graduates. AIMA Canada is excited to help driven and insightful young people learn about our industry’s opportunities, fundamental mechanics and benefits to the world’s investors.
We encourage all AIMA Canada members to share this case competition with any interested parties, including their alma mater as applicable.
Our AIMA Canada alternative investment university case competition 2024 was held on March 28, 2024. Details can be found here.
